Literature Review for the Pasifika Learner Success in Workplace Settings project.

A consortium of ITOs have been funded by Ako Aotearoa to pilot interventions designed to improve outcomes for Pasifika industry trainees. The literature review sets out the current state of research into effective practice for Pasifika learners in industry training and vocational education and training.

The results of the literature review are being combined with data about the pattern of achievement by industry trainees to inform the selection of the most promising interventions by the ITOs.
